Note: Emergency transports are those requests for transport that require immediate response by an ambulance, usually summoned via 911. Non-emergency transports include interfacitliy transfers, facility to home discharges, etc. Dry runs are calls in which an ambulance responds, but no patient is transported. This includes when the patient refuses transport, the call was unfounded, and fire standbys.
